Korean sugar cookies are basically sugar and baking soda melted then stamped with a shape. The goal is to eat around the shape and if you complete it then you can get another one for free. They taste like burnt marshmallows. It's actually very difficult because they are extremely brittle! Christine took a bite of hers and the entire thing shattered! I got very close myself, as shown below. So very close!
